Yes,Yes,Yes,it works.I went from 18# boost with a Hemco plenum to 20#and no knock with the plate and stock plenum.This was with air temps in the low 70's.I hit 22# the other night when it got down in the 40's with no knock.Best 50 bucks i've spent.
