prescision turbo

Have any of you guys dealt with prescision before ? I sent my turbo there two weeks ago and they still haven't looked at it.
I've called 4 or 5 times, and get the same story, feel like i'm gettin the run around, hope I didn't make a mistake,Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem , or I'm just in a yank.

They are probably busy. Call and talk to Joe Lubrant, that is the guy I talk to, or even Daisy. It seems like the buck stops with her, so.... They have always been punctual and on time, for me at least.

I purchased my turbo, THDP and injectors from them. I think from the time I ordered until the time I recieved everything was about 1 1/2 weeks. I dealt with Joe Lubrant and am very happy.
