Here's a picture that was taken in the pit at Sanair, of Tom Judd's '72 (I think ) Skylark Pro Stock (circa 1972) by my late father...If I remember correctly, this was Buick's only Pro Stock attempt until buddy Ingersoll's Regal around 1986-'87 approximately...
Is there someone else here who remembers this car and know if it still exists today?

Claude. :)

that seems awfully big for a Pro Stocker- in the early days of the class, it would have been up against lighter and smaller Camaros and Mustangs. that's probably why it was Buick's only attempt until they perfected the turbo V6.

Yeah, I agree about it being BIG, when compared with the other Pro Stockers of the time...Here's a picture of it against Alban Gauthier's '71 'Cuda Pro Stock...

Claude.
