I am trying to decied which one to buy . The car has champion irons and intake, roller cam, 60lbs injectors, fmic . I am wanting the car to run 10.70s

Well considering Scott Atk ran an ultra low 10 on just the plain GT67, no Q, I would say both of those will do the job quite well with the TE45a being a better street turbo due to spooling characteristics.
