This is my experience.....

My Pats Convertor started rattling in gear, have had to send a few back to them over the yeras. They make em right but the just dont last and i do NOT lock them at WOT. So i figured i would give PTC a chance

So I contacted Dusty and Lane at PTC and then sent in my Pats to get cut opened and repaired.

PTC lost it and couldnt find it. Recieved it, had record of stamped number to track it through the cut open, cleaning etc. But no dice its MIA.

They apologized and made another convertor and charged me the minimum price it costs to cut open and inspect a convertor plus shipping for the new one.

Get it, install it in the car. It has a leak in gear spraying fluid out from around the crank snout.:rolleyes::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:. Slinging a fluid line form the front of the convertor. Pulled it and lloks like it didnt get a weld around the hub or was machined down to much.

Called Dusty and PTC and was a bit frustrated but, both were cordial and apologetic and took care of me.
They made another convertor shipped it and took care of the shipping both on the new on the old one back Free.

Its in and is working good and will hopefully have a good slip % up top. Have yet to go WOT yet.

A lil let down due to their rep on the board but hey mistakes happen...I make em daily.. And who hasnt had stuff like this happen when doing gearhead stuff.

In the end they made it right
