Putting on a wiper arm

Hi,
I Can't Seem To Get My Wiper Arm On The Passemger Side On My Turbo T.i Have Done This On My Other Buick And It Was Easy.
I Have Tried Turning The Wipers To Different Postions Also And It Still Will Not Stay On.

Are you putting a replacement arm on, or is this the old one that you took off? If it's new, maybe it's not the correct one for the car.

I hate to suggest this, but could you take the other one off and see if there's some sort of spring clip that may be missing from the one that won't stay on?

If you are removing the whole arm there is a small lever that needs to be moved to the open position.
If that's broken off it will not stay on.
