I have researched the various scan tools for Buicks and have settled on DirectScan. The others that record only one record per second just aren't going to work for me based on my experience using DataMaster and Diacom for the Syclone and Typhoon. Anyways, I am just wondering if there are any problems running this program on a realtively fast laptop like a Celeron 1GHz? I know some older DOS based programs actually prefer slower computers. Any feedback would be greatly apprecaited as I am quite eager to order. Thanks all. Will contact Chu Engineering as well, but I'd like to get some first hand experiences.

No problems running it on a faster machine. You will just get to review the data without having to wait for the laptop to re-draw it all. Thats a good thing
