Question about water temp guage install

Anywhere else to tap in besides at the idot light sender? I was going to use a T, but realized it wasn't going to work. Place to tap into anywhere else for my guage sender? side of the head? Just wondering new to the turbo buick world. I just dont want to see that red idot light on all the time, wanna do it right th first time.
