how do u adjust the rpm's on the engine, I think it's with the tps sensor but settings of tps is suppose to be set at .42-.46 at idle as long as I'm on this range I'm alright. I have a scanmaster , Tps is reading .44/ Rpm's is 975/ IAC is 00 at idle warmed up.

you don't adjust the idle it's set by the chip. You can adjust the minimum air setting to control the IAC. See vortex buicks or GNTTYPE for the IAC adjustment procedure
