Race w/o Intercooler Shroud?

I have a PTE stock location intercooler.
Has anyone compared et's with the shroud in place and without the shroud?
Just curious what kind of difference the shroud makes.

Yes. My temps went up a bit on the street. This was in a TTA. No IC and just alky was too hot !! For informational purpose.

Also, would like to point out that the scoop is like a RAM AIR affect at the drag strip so, I would definatly keep it on.

if you dont run the shroud then you're trying to cool the intake charge with radiator heat instead of ambient air , with out a shroud your intake inlet temps would be almost 100 degrees hotter than with the shroud , thats the equivalent of running 10psi more boost than you see on the boost gauge and you would get some serious KR
