Racetronix hot wire kit

Am I correct to assume the racetronix hot wire kit, bypasses the stock fuel pump relay completely (and only uses the racetronix relay)?

No, the stock relay is used to activate the hot wire relay. The oil pressure switch will also activate the hot wire relay.
