Rattleling brakes

Anyone know how I can keep my brakes quiet ?? Everytime I hit small cracks on the street it rattles and it's annoying ?? I know they have small anti-rattle clips but I don't understand how I put them on ?? Any help would be nice?? Thanks

Stock brakes, front? The anti-rattle spring goes onto the pad that sits against the caliper piston. It clips on top & bottom with the V shape pushed into the piston.

The outer pad needs to be clamped to the caliper. Note the two tabs at the outer ends of the top of the backing plate. Need to use B_I_G pliers (channel locks) to bend them so that the pad is held firm in the caliper.
