Rebuilding heads, best parts?

Hey guys, well my heads/intake are coming off this winter and definately going to freshen up the engine. To your knowledge what are the best parts to use to rebuild the heads. Recomendations appreciated!

Hey Mike,
I'd save the money up for a good pair of aftermarket set of heads. I just got a set of all most new Champion Heads for $1,100. To buy up all the parts and getting the work done on the rebuilt is going to be about $450 / $500. To me I would save up the $600 and look for a use set like mine, that are in very good condition and can just be put on the car, no rebuild.
