Reccomended cross country movers?

My mom just sold her house in Cleveland and is relocating to just outside Pheonix , Az. Can any of you recommend a long distance moving company that will pack her things, transport & unload? I've heard horror stories so starting my research here, much appreciated..

Celina Moving and Storage handled me last year and it went quite well, no damage found. But you have to let them pack what they haul to get covered. They are in Celina, OH. I too was skeptical after 15 years ago when a company no-showed on our moving day and we had to scramble; the jerk was on the radio a week earlier telling everyone how honest and capable he was. Loser.
