Looking to get my T-type painted sometime in the near future. What shops are around that do good work for a reasonable price? Preferably ones that have experience with Buick's.

How fast do you want to paint it? Im going to get mine painted by my buddy who does custom paint jobs. If U can wait to see the quality after hes done and NO ONE can touch the price! lol:eek:

I'd recommend Benny's Autobody but I would pose the question what you consider a reasonable price? For a full repaint, and minimal body work you're probably looking in the neighborhood of $3k. Benny has done a lot of Turbo Regal, GN and GNX paint jobs for guys on the board. I've got one that is going to be heading over there soon myself.

Thats a great price, but is it a "bring it in stripped and masked" type deal?

IF you can find someone that does this for a living..... and does it on the side, you cant beat that price! :D

Ditto. I know he took out my operat windows and windshield. He's no hack, that's for sure. You'll get a good paint job at half the price of any other decent shop.

6200 block of University Avenue, just east of College on the south side.
