How do I go about removing the inner door panels? Do I just remove the pull strap and arm rest and then pop off the panel? Is there anything I need to watchout for? Thanks.

PRETTY STRAIGHTFORWARD. NO PROBLEM REALLY TO HAVE. ONCE YOU'VE TAKEN OFF THE SCREWS HOLDING THE PULL STRAP, ARM REST, AND SCREWS BEHIND THE ARMREST, SEPARATE BOTTOM PANEL FROM THE DOOR STARTING AT THE BOTTOM BY PULLING AWAY FROM THE DOOR. ABOUT SIX OR EIGHT NYLON RETAINERS HOLD THE PANEL ON. ONCE SEPARATED, SLIDE IT FORWARD TO CLEAR THE DOOR HANDLE. PULL DOWN AND REMOVE IT. TOP PANEL HAS ONE NYLON RETAINER ON EACH SIDE. BE A LITTLE CAREFUL WHEN SEPARATING FROM DOOR BECAUSE THE NYLON RETAINER IS ONLY SECURED BY FIBRE BOARD LIKE MATERIAL. ONCE SEPARATED, PULL THE TOP OF THE PANEL UP TO REMOVE FROM THE DOOR. PHEW!!!!!

I have the lower door panel removed, now how do I disconnect the wires to the door lock switch? I see a black connector with three wires. It appears like the connector slides onto three pins. Do I just pop the black connector from those three pins? Thanks for any assistance.
