RJC rocker shaft braces

It says it comes with the reinforcements for the ends. But, could I put them under every bolt?

You could. I think the slimmed down to 4 from 6 as a cost saving measure. The logic was that they crack on the ends not in the middle. Personally I like having a saddle on all three so the shaft isn't having to deflect before the bolt torque is reached.
