Anyone know the dimensions on the hardware used to fasten the rocker stands to the Champion cylinder heads? Is it a 3/8 - 16 or -18.
Additionally anyone know of a bolt with a shoulder than can be used instead of the hex key version. The bolts I have were machined so low that it left little meat for the key to turn the bolt and now the bolts are rounded out.
I am thinking of going back to these bolts but not machining them so low. It looks like there is a good .200 between the bottom of the rocker and the head of the bolt. Can anyone tell me why I couldn't allow the head of the bolt to pertrude above the rocker stand and only allow about .050 clearance between it and the rocker itself?
