rough idle and poping?

Im having some problems with my 84 gn...it has a kinda rough idle and when i get on it anything over half throttle it studders and pops like its backfiring?? Ive been haveing this problem for a little while and i know next to nothing about these cars. I did swap out my coil and ign mod with a 87 setup because the coil i found to be bad, and i also have put on new plugs and wires. I checked the fp and that seems to be fine, and other then the plugs, wires, coil, and ign mod the car is stock. Could this be a bad cam sensor, maf, or injector? If so how can I check these? Any info you guys could give me about what you think could be wrong i would be very thankful for. And sorry for the longer post

Had the same problem. I believe that it is the same as the "Please Help!!" thread. What I did to correct the problem is replace the MAF sensor.
