Due to hail damage, I have replaced the trunk lid on my GN. I would like to remove the original RPO sticker and place it on the new trunk lid. Is there an easy way to remove it?

I watched a guy turn the trunk upside down and soak the sticker with windex. Kept it soaked the entire time and started the corner with a razor blade and it peeled right off. As he was peeling it he would soak it more and more with the windex. He then took it and stuck it on the new trunk deck and it re-stuck back on. I guess the windex loosens the glue up enough to get it off. I never tried it but I think I would find windex without ammonia!

Try heating it up from the backside with a heat gun, and peeling very slowly. I removed one with no heat pretty easily, but some might be worse than others.

Heat gun, I has to replace a rusty trunk lid. Heated it up, peeling from the corner and came off with no problem.
