We have some friends who are BIG into Transam’s. They could be classified as fanatics, and own 6 of them, all in showroom condition. Anything from a 20th, 25th 30tth, a TTA, an LT1 and 73. They would spend about 1-2 weeks each year, scrubbing under the car on jack stands, just to prepare for Autorama. Many in the Houston area know this couple and Bill LOVED to talk about his collection. Health wise, Bill was not doing well lately and was transported EMS due to lack of a pulse this morning. Sadly, he lost the battle leaving behind a wife, no kids. Hope we can get some Hot Rods at his funeral and I know he would be proud! May you R.I.P Bill West. I am pretty good at making friends, but absolutely suck at saying goodbye . . . . . You will be missed!
