SBC torque converter

I am going to change the trans in a monte carlo ss. The previous owner put a SBC 350 with an Aluminium intake and edelbrock 4 barrel carb. I have no idea if the cam is stock or aftermarket. I have no idea where the block came from for that matter. My question is what stall do you think the converter should be?

No possible way of knowing and this would only be a guestimate...just add one to what you need only if you install a big cam...Go out and flash it and see what it goes to?
