Scanmaster 2.1 reading don't jive with trouble codes

I'm getting progressive TPS readings from .46 to 4.62 and any throttle instantly brings up a CES light with a code 21. idle is steady @ 800 in gear.
I'm wondering if the LT1 MAF , the TPS sensoe, or ECM has suddenly gone bad ? It was sudden, following an oil change, and TPS resetting. IAC was also cleaned due to erratic idle. Bailey chip / BWJ54AOC / Scanmaster 2.1

Found out problem. Hadn't cleared the SES Code 21, so it kept reappearing.
