Scanmaster peramiters

Is there somewhere I can get the peramiters of what the ideal #'s I should be seeing? Or maybe a list or derection of what to start with to narrow things down when tuning. I'm about ready to loose my mind over this car and all I really want to do is enjoy it. And yes I have searched only to come up with nothing that helps me.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention its a knock problem I'm trying to get rid of. It sounds like rocker clap or tickle. It makes my car sound like a POS and its getting old quik, I have to let everyone blow by me because I'm scared to blow a head gasket.
