I had to pull the tranny a few times because of a leaking TC. The car used to catch low1 at about 35 mph when I hit the gas. Now it goes to 2nd at about 10mph and want catch low 1 unless it's rolling realy slow , like 10 mph. Witch way do I go with the detant cable. In or out ? I want it to drop to 1st at around 35mph like it was before. Thanks

The detent cable if i am thinking about the same thing is located next to the throttlebody and plenum on the braket...it only changes the kickdown one gear while you stomp on it to pass someone...I could be wrong and i wouldnt really know why your gears arnt shifting right unless your tc is going out...
