Zac, when are you hitting the road? A bunch of us will be meeting at Love's in Denton early Friday (time TBA) for the convoy to Noble. Maybe you can meet up with us?

I'll be making reservations also again at Ruby's. I am trying to have the motor togeather and ready to run by then. After my mishap at the BPG Nationals. As some of you know I had a tooth on the oil pump gear break and lock up the pump.

I love going to the Noble Shootout. Good event and good People!

Hope to see ya there.

What are we cooking this year, burgers, hot dogs, chicken, etc?

Who's the designated chef?

Hey guys how long of a drive is it you?????

I am coming from the other way around three hrs.

My heads should be done next week and then new motor goes in I hope to have it all done and some tuning passes on the car before I drive it down.

Missed last year made three years before that and can't wait.

Someone correct me if I wrong it's around 180 mile from Dallas, a 31/2 hour drive.

The drive from Dallas is around 2 1/2 to 3 hours tops.

As long as my car is running I'm not cooking! ;)

Hey David,
Blocked two rooms a Rubys, Leaving early am on the 29th, you dallas guys will have a big head start but check your 6 we will be right behind you. Not sure who will be tagging along until its time to pull out, but should have two or three other Buicks following.
Let me know if you want me to bring anything for the cook out or for whatever. Trying to get the Puddin guy here if he can get the time off. Hope the weather is cool and clear so we can show the Ford boys who is boss (again).
Take care and have a safe trip north,
See ya there!

The more the merrier. I'll be pulling my GN with a 6cyl Ford PU.

We usually meet up at Love's Truck Stop in Denton, we haven't set a time yet but somewhere around 11a-1pm. I'll keep you posted.

Ruby's is in Purcell, Ok, can't remember the exact mile marker but it is the only exit for Purcell. You make the exit turn right the road will split go to the left Ruby's is only a few miles down on the left.

I show exit 91 on my notes from last year. It isn't hard to find. As Dave said it's the only Purcell exit. Once you get off the expressway you can see the Rubys sign.

It will be a good time.
