SMC Alky Kit - Smog legal?

Is this kit smog legal? I'm in California stuck in the "test only" smog program. It sounds like a good product but I want to make sure I can pass smog with it. Please advise.

it says for off road use only but cant see why you couldnt pass a smog test with it. you wouldnt be using it during the test.

EXACTLY.........I DON'T THINK THEY SMOG TEST AT 15#s OF BOOST. BESIDES, WHO'S TO SAY WHAT THAT UNIDENTIFIED BOTTLE IS? COULDN'T IT BE WATER INJECTION? WOULD WATER POLLUTE?

Thanks for the replies. It sounds like smog tests shouldnt be an issue with an alky kit. I'm leaning towards getting the SMC kit once I break in the new motor being installed in my car right now.

Like John said just fill it with water for the emissions test, that way they cant give you any crap
