I installed a duel spal fan, with Caspers Hi-LO fan switch. I flip the
switch to low, the fan goes on I flip the switch to hi, nothing. sent it back to Caspers, they said it works. I change the HI speed fan relay, same thing. Anybody have any other ideas.
