Stalling when hot

My GN ran about 200*-220* today at 110*. My car runs like crap when it gets hot! It will barely idle. About half the time I have to power brake it just to keep it running or it will stall. Any ideas? My scanmaster shows the ATS as flashing "hot" after 143*. I am not so sure this is the car to own in the blistering heat. I also get allot of knock if I get on it at all when its warm. Maybe I have too much fuel 45 PSI and alky sprays at 11 lbs. I am going to give another chip a try. I also got a MAL error 13 last night. Not sure of what a 13 is as I cant find my scanmaster papers. I did drive the car at 2:20 AM and I must say if it ran like that in the day I wouldnt complain at all. Launched at 10lbs and no knock to 90 mph.

It is all in the tune! I got some of my best times in 80-90 degree heat. Believe it or not.
