Steering wheel bezel mounting...

Guys, the round bezel that is directly behind the steering wheel is loose on my car and I cant seem to figure out how it mounts. I unscrewed the horn cap and it does not seem to hold it. Does it screw in to the wheel itself somehow? I am referring to the round column bezel directly behind the wheel. Thanks!

Look at the horn "cap". It has some dummy screws and some real screws around the perimeter...

Right, I know what holds the center cap on, 2 allen head screws at 3 and 9 position.
Just couldn't figure out how he was "unscrewing" the cap! LOL

Not talking about the horn cap. I know about the dummy screws. It's the bezel between the wheel and column I am after. Guess the wheel has to come off.
