still having issues 86 gn

ok guy after two week of going over everything I can think of here is the issues and what I have done
1986 30 over motor
TE 49
36 lbs injectors
TT chip 93/94 octane
replaced ECM
replaced IAC
replaced MAF (3) total
replaced TBS
replaced all vac. lines
replaced grounds and added some
new fuel pressure reg. 39 vac. on 53 vac. off
replaced spark plugs (4) times
new MSN wires
removed and cleaned TB
removed gas tank cleaned not dirty
new fuel pump and hot wire kit
new 3 Bar
so I sent my radiator out and had it recorded to a 3 core during that time I completely detailed the engine bay
during this two weeks the battery was removed after reinstalling everything it fired up and ran like she was new. took her out and no issues at all no stumble and no die issues! then the next day I fired her up and bam
stumble is back seem like a mis at idle and the fandom dying issue after two to three min. returned?
so I changed plugs again last night pulled the battery and today it started up no mis or stumble for about 5 min and then it all came back? idle is pulsing at time and then she just dies?
