stock bore 109 block needed

I am looking for a stock bore 109 block. I am in Houston, Texas.

I've got one in GA. It was a virgin N/A engine when I got it, but it will need to be bored. Not sure what shipping Via Greyhound would run though since Fastenal's lost their mind with pricing these days.

I am good with boring the block as long as a20 thousandths will do it because I have a set of very expensive pistons that are 20 over. Do you think it will clean up at 20 over?
