Stock passenger side header

I noticed that the passage way right above where the oxygen sensor is ,that this area narrows to about 1 5/8 in diameter. Has anyone ever tried hogging it out some. Also is the Poston,s header or other aftermarket one's like that also? Thank's Hal

i've never personally hogged out the passenger side header, but i can tell you that it is said to be the single most restrictive piece of hotair exhaust. i went to poston headers and the design is much better since it maintains a larger diameter.
