Help please...

My car started missing a little bit today and got progressivly worse on my way home until it dosn't want to do much more than idle. At a stop sign if I push on the gas it tries to stall. Playing with it a little finally gets it up to speed but it still sounds like it's missing.

I am letting the car cool down right now, then I'm going to check the plugs and see how they look. If they turn out ok I'd like to hear some suggestions as to what my problem might be.

Sounds like it.

Disconnect the MAF and start the car. If it idles okay, you found the problem.

That is why I went to the translator+ and the extender chip.

I have a spare one I can try. I'll do that tomorrow (hope it's a good one), but the car idles fine. It's when I hit the gas that it falls on it's face. Still think it's the MAF?
