Gentlemen,
Please take a moment to answer a question or two for yours truly. If you were going to buy a set of heavy duty boxed lower control arms next month would you prefer them to come with some type of poly bushing or without any bushings, so you could choose which type. Would you rather pay more for powder coating, or less for good industrial paint. Would you rather pay $115.00 for a set of powder coated arms with poly bushings, or pay $75.00 for a painted set without bushings. Thanks for taking the time to post - BB;)

powder coated, bushed w/ grease nipples, and i got a great deal on hosckis but my buddy bought the hrparts and they are great also.

A little better picture

O.K. Let me re-word this, lets say I had 50 sets of heavy duty boxed lower control arms that I slaved over to make and now I was going to sell them cheaper than the best price you could find in the vendor world. Could I sell the budget arms, (paint, no-bushings), faster? Or the Not-so-budget arms, (Powder coated, with Poly Bushings), faster? What sayest thou? - BB

Budget price - Around $70.00
Non-Budget - Around $110.00

Thanks again for posting- BB

P.S. Please bear in mind the least expensive boxed LCA's I've ever found are about $169.00
:p

I would want industrial paint and bushings w/zerts. To install the bushings yourself after they have been painted would probably result in screwing the paint up.

If I was buyin em

I'd want em painted with bushings already installed, good to go.
But I have a question first, what benefits would my car gain with
boxed arms? My car goes mid 12's and hooks up nicely right now.
Would this mod help my car, or is it just for the faster guys?

Advantages

The HD boxed LCA's won't flex like the 3 sided open channel stockers, I don't know if your times will get better, but it will tighten up the back side for cornering and hard acceleration.
