Suspension Help

My TA sat for some time now and when i take it for a drive it feels real bouncy. Not the sports car feel it should have. I dont know if its the shocks and struts or what?

What suspension upgrades can i add to fix this? I was thinking about upgrading the front and rear sway bars. Will this help?
If so what brands do you guys recommend??

I've heard great things about spohn too. Do a search on this board by those brands, and on suspension. Best feature on this board.
