suspension noise

recently my 86 t-type has been making a real loud noise coming from the pass rear...it almost sounds like a wheel hop noise...it only started making this noise afer my bag popped when it squeezed between the spring and touched my 3" exhaust...i just installed the h-r anti roll bar on friday and it has changed nothing as far as the noise goes..the car has always had the gangtsa lean on the pass rear if there was no air in the bag also....do you guys think it could be as simple as a bad spring or shock...oh yea it only makes the noise coming out of the hole under wot...thanks for lookin...
