I wanted to know how to tell if a turbo is still in good working condition. Also what upgrades I should invest in to maximize it potental. ie injectors, cam ect.....

to check it pull in and out on shaft to see if it has endplay, spin it to make sure it doesnt contact outside walls, check for cracks in blades, chips, missing blades, bent. i think thats all. hth

Thats not a T-63 BTW it looks like a stocker or at most a TA-49, that .63 is just the exhaust A/R which most come with either a .63 or .85
