I have the new version T-link 4.04 with the boost hardness and with Ken's 3-bar MAP sensor. It throws a code 23 on each runs and I did the calibration allready for the boost sensing. Another thing also with the fast update on the chip the recall don't work on the Scanmaster and it blanks out when it threw the code and show just dots accross the Scanmaster screen.

Hmmmm... is the code 23 still there? That should be persistent, if it threw a code you'll have to disconnect the ECM power for a bit to clear it.

If the code DOESN'T persist, it might be a data glitch.

How much boost are you running? If you are running more than 25psi, it can max out the harness and cause the MAT code. That's just a limitation of the harness (when it was designed, 25 psi was crazy with the chips/turbos we had).

We are working (slowly) on a new harness that reads to 30 psi, but haven't got it all tested.

As far as the ScanMaster behavior, I can't even begin to explain that, unless there's a wiring problem that affected both the ScanMaster and TurboLink (and caused a false 23?)

I've got Jason looking at the file today (I'll be out of town most of the week), so be sure to send email to tlcustomersupport@acceleratetech.com so he sees it. Also, your Roadrunner email address is blocking email from us so we can't respond directly.
