T type with 4.1

Found a t type for sale with a 4.1 engine in it. Everything else is the same (top half and front stuff). My question is, will that hurt the value of the car? It runs and drives just fine. Just wondering if people tend to shy away from that type of swap out or if its 6 of one half dozen of the other.

Depends on the "buyer": If a person is a numbers matching must have 100% documentation buyer than yes it will be of low value.
To a street and strip guy might be just what they are looking for.
For most buyers here the work must look and have been performed correctly as undoing a cluster funk from a previous owner(s) work is a big headache.
