At the same boost level, gain is negligible.
At increased boost level, it depends on other factors.

Are you running the stock turbo now?

At the same boost level, gain is negligible.

Let me be a little more specific. At the same boost level (stock boost) with ported heads only about 20hp. With the cam about another 5-10.

At increased boost level, it depends on other factors.

From 20-26 psi about 50-60 hp from the heads alone and 20 plus for the cam. Other factors are to be considered as Jerryl said such as exhaust flow, injector size and of coarse tuning.
