ta49 install?

im upgrading a hot air car for a friend.im assuming a ta-49 is for the most part,a direct replacement turbo.is this correct?if not,what do i have to do to install it.

It is my understanding that if you are placing a ta49 on a hot air, you must reclock the compressor about two bolts, in order for the proper lineup for exhaust. I am in the process of purchasing that particular turbo form precisionte.com, and the tech told me that this was a great idea, however, I would have to spin the compressor housing a little bit.
