Okay I need to change the tcc solenoid and all I have found a universal tcc solenoid and it doesn't have the plugs, just the wires. So the question is how to wire it up? I haven't taken the pan off yet but I have seen what the tcc solenoid looks like but I am needing the tcc solenoid change out for dummies version. I guess I just don't understand how to wire it up. I am going to be changing the filter, oil and adding a drain plug. I want to know what I am doing before I start pulling $h!t off of the car without having everything on hand that is needed to do the job.

The TCC solenoid should have come with wire crimps that you will use once you cut the wires off the existing TCC solenoid. If the solenoid has already been replaced the you should have wire crimps on it already. Just be sure to cut the wires close to the bad solenoid, so that you have plenty of wire to crimp the new solenoid to. The wire colors will match up and is pretty straightforward. Be sure that the old o-ring stays on the old solenoid or you get it out before installing the new one.

What he said ^

Just two wires, splice them and make sure the old o ring comes out. Those are aluminum threads holding that TCC on so don't go gorilla on them. torque spec is probably about 80 INCH pounds.

I got everything done and it went pretty smooth. Now the car feels like a totally different car. The fluid still looked great but the TCC solenoid made all the difference. When I let off the throttle now it actually will coast. Now here's the bad news... After taking it out for a test drive I popped the hood to double check the trans level and noticed the radiator has a really small leak. I guess I know where I will be going tomorrow.
