Is there a Motion GN? Does it exist? Has anyone ever seen one?

There is a post on the V8 board about the Motion GS on ebay for sale. It is over $300K and still has not hit reserve. One of the guys on there swears he seen a Motion GN at Motion Performance back in 87?

Would this be the ultimate GN?

I always thought the Motion cars were sort of gaudy. Especially the later model stuff they did. Hope they didn't butcher a GN.

Motion GN

This is a pragraph from the Baldwin Motion website

Except for a short run of super-trick Motion IROC Camaros and Monte Carlos in the 1980s, and specialty work on 5.0 Mustangs and Buick Grand Nationals, Joel Rosen has kept a very low profile in the industry. Since 1995, Rosen has been running Motion Models (www.motionmodels.com), specializing in custom, highly detailed museum-quality military, commercial and personal aircraft and boat models. He is also a consultant to Racing Champions/Ertl and other companies that have produced thousands of models of Baldwin-Motion cars for collectors and hobbyists

They made a carbon fiber hood that was actually kind of cool. I only actually saw one of them. Other than that, they werent anything special.

People are stupid.

$300K and "reserve not met"

When We sold our 7800 mile stage III Motion LS7 Camaro a few years ago for $65K we thought we got good money for it (And still do).

Based on these Ebay idiots, that camaro must be worth $400K today.

Did I mention people were stupid?

Motion did NOTHING with the GNs but put a hood on them. I even got one of their "catalogs" back in the day and I dont remember there being any hard parts in there whatsoever. Basically they sold a cold air kit and the hood.

The only ones of those I ever saw were sold by other people. Trey Crease at 0-60 used to sell that one.

People must be real stupid because the bid is up to $500,000 now.

I count at least 3 idiots.

It takes two idiots bidding against each other to get it to a HALF MILLION DOLLARS.

The third idiot is the one that puts a $500,000 reserve on a old buick.
