My motor has a noticeable tic at idle, but it stops when you give it throttle. Really noticeable when it's cold seems to quite down some when it's warmed up.

It sounds like it is coming from the passenger's side front cylinder. I pulled the valve cover and everything seems okay.

What could be the problem? Motor has 33k on it.

check the crank sensor.it may be loose and hitting the interupter on the balancer.

Not to hijack the thread, but this is realavent.

How do you check the crank sensor? Also how do you know if there is a problem? Thanks

Sorry to interupt!
