timing cover gasket

anyone have a timing cover gasket blow out? Do you have to cut out any holes in a felpro gasket? it looks like some holes might be blocked.

I believe there is one hole that the gasket covers but if you compare your cover and the block it is not used anyway.

i had one blow out but used a gm gasket
