I'd pass unless you actually talk to the mechanic and get his name to see how many of these engines he's assembled in the past.

A 109K total stocker or a rebuild with receipts and good information is all I would trust.

Unless you can find out who did the work and why I'd pass.

Maybe it's 209K?

Most likely not but it almost has nothing to do with that. Just do all the research you can and that should steer you in the right direction. Drew
