torque converter question?

what torque converter would you guys reccommend for a te60 turbo 3000 or 3200 gimme some feed back as I dont want to do this again any time soon...pros and cons thanks in advance...
 
Not sure, but on Southeast Turbo's website they recommend at least 2800. 3200 may be too much maybe? Just my .02
