Torque spec for timing gear and tensioner?

What is the torque spec fo the timing chain gear and the chain tensioner? I've seen 31 ft*lbs for the gear, is that correct?

From the GM manual : Cam sprocket bolts - 31 Ft/lbs , Dampner Bolt - 14 FT/lbs .
