Torque specs ?

Hey guys, I need the torque sequence and specs for a lower intake and plenum for a series II n/a. Anybody know them or got a link to find them?

Top upper intake manifold bolts are 10 N-m (89 lb in) lower intake manifold bolts are 15 N-m (11 lb ft) Use loctite on all bolts. Lower intake start from center and work your way out in a cross pattern. Upper intake doesn matter but I would do the same.
